Contact person for our employees and managers for all human resources issues
Further development of and responsibility for recruiting, onboarding and staff development
Administrative processing of hiring, assisting the team with staff supervision and vacation planning.
Co-designing new processes and optimization of existing processes in cooperation with colleagues
Implementation of personnel management software
Preparation and editing of statistics and key figures, as well as personnel requirement planning

You work accurately, routinely and interdepartmentally and enjoy working with customers and colleagues
You are a team player and with a high level of responsibility and organizational skills you are able to generate the best result for our customer
Ideally, you have completed a commercial training or convince with your professional experience
You are resilient, flexible and have both technical and digital affinity
You have a high willingness to perform and a high degree of independence
Knowledge of labor law would be an advantage
Basic knowledge of payroll accounting and social security law is desirable
Work experience in human resources
Very good problem solving and analytical skills, autonomous working style
You are familiar with the day-to-day use of all MS Office products
Fluent German and good English skills
